A personal brand statement is a one- to two-sentence summary you can use as a LinkedIn headline, website introduction, or verbal answer to "what do you do?" It usually names your audience, the outcome you deliver, and what sets your approach apart.

"I help first-time founders build hiring systems that don't fall apart at 20 employees."
Nuance
A brand statement is not a tagline or slogan. It should be clear and literal enough that a stranger understands exactly what you do after reading it once.
